Photography is
An art that speaks of
Infinite forms
Growing up in Jaipur, my childhood was intertwined with the whispers of nature. One of my fondest, albeit hazy, memories is waking up early with my grandfather to witness an enchanting sight—hundreds of Sambhar deer and Blue bull grazing outside our home. Back then, the grassland near Jhalana was an open sanctuary of sorts. Over time, it transformed into the Jhalana Leopard Reserve, thanks to the rising population of these elusive big cats.
My school days in Jaipur were a blend of academics and nature. Weekends meant escaping the city’s bustle to immerse myself in the serenity of the outdoors, often with my grandparents as my companions. My fascination with the wilderness began early, exploring places like Ranthambore, Jawai, and Jhalana when entry was free, and private vehicles roamed the trails without guides.
After finishing school, I pursued a Bachelor’s in Technology in Computer Science. Yet, life took a turn in 2021 when I decided to leave my Digital Marketing job and follow a path closer to my heart. That was the year I bought my first camera—a humble beginning to what would soon become my passion.
Starting with nature and birds, I eventually found myself drawn back to the forests I once roamed as a child. Stepping into the wilderness after years rekindled memories and awakened a longing to live amidst nature.
Today, I spend most of my time tracking the majestic tigers and leopards of Ranthambore, Jawai, and Jhalana—sometimes in solitude, sometimes in the company of like-minded wildlife enthusiasts.
For me, the forest isn’t just a place—it’s a feeling, a connection to my roots, and a reminder of where I truly belong.
